Terms of Service

Kapy CAD is a web-based parametric 3D CAD application for 3D printing. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk, and you may sign in using a supported third-party provider such as Google.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of the models, sketches, projects and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or that violates the rights of others.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise its security, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, access it through automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use it to store or distribute unlawful material.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and some features may be offered in beta or as "coming soon" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that geometry, exports or other outputs will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it, including for manufacturing or 3D printing.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
