Spring-return hinge

Parametric print-in-place spring-return (self-closing) hinge: a knuckle hinge that prints already articulated as one monolithic part and snaps itself shut. Leaf A carries an integral pin core; leaf B rides it on annular knuckles with a calibrated clearance, while a thin compliant serpentine strip in the leaves’ mid-plane fuses the two into one flexing body that returns to closed. Set knuckle diameter and width, knuckle count, pin core diameter, leaf length and thickness, the spring strip width and thickness, and the print clearance. Print flat in a springy filament (PETG / TPU / PP).
