Flared / rolled-lip collar

Parametric flared collar: a short ring whose top end turns inward into a lip that snaps over and traps the end of a tube. Made as one revolve. Set tube diameter, wall thickness, height, how far the lip narrows the opening (lip depth), lip height and clearance.
