Detent (clicking) hinge

Parametric detent hinge: two leaves with interleaving cylindrical knuckles bored for a pin (drop in a filament or rod), plus a ring of detent bumps on one leaf and matching dimples on the other so the hinge clicks into set angular positions. Set knuckle diameter and width, knuckle count, leaf length and thickness, pin diameter and clearance, the number / size / radius of the detents. Print the two leaves and join with a pin; the knuckle and detent stack is build-time.
