Parametric print-in-place knuckle hinge: prints already articulated, no pin needed. Leaf A carries an integral pin core; leaf B rides it on annular knuckles with a calibrated clearance. Set knuckle diameter and width, knuckle count, pin core diameter, leaf length and thickness, and the print clearance. Dial the clearance to your printer for a free, rattle-free swing.
