Barrel / piano hinge

Parametric barrel hinge: two leaves with interleaving cylindrical knuckles on a common axis, bored for a pin (drop in a filament or rod). Raise the knuckle count for a piano hinge. Set knuckle diameter and width, knuckle count, leaf length and thickness, pin diameter and clearance. Print the two leaves and join with a pin; the knuckle stack is build-time.
