Mutilated (intermittent) gear

Parametric mutilated gear: an involute spur gear with the teeth removed over one sector, for intermittent drive (advance while the toothed arc meshes, dwell over the smooth arc). Set pitch radius, module, thickness, bore and the toothless gap angle. The gap angle is baked at build time — re-set it from source after a fork.
