Captive thumb screw

Parametric captive thumb screw: a knurled thumb-grip head on a shaft with a smooth undercut shoulder (the captive groove a retaining washer or E-clip traps so the screw cannot fall out) above an externally threaded lower shaft. Set head diameter and thickness, shaft and shoulder diameter, shoulder and thread length, and thread pitch. The thread is cosmetic in the editor and baked on STL/STEP export.
