Wrap-spring clutch

Parametric wrap-spring clutch: a tight helical coil around a cylindrical hub. Turn it one way and the coil grips the hub; the other way it slips — a one-way clutch or spring brake. Set hub diameter and length, wire diameter, number of turns and print clearance. Print the coil in a springy filament (TPU/PETG).
