Friction hinge

Parametric print-in-place friction hinge: prints already articulated and HOLDS any angle it is set to (laptop-lid / monitor-arm style). Leaf A carries an integral pin core; leaf B rides it on annular knuckles with a tight friction gap — small enough that the contact drags and the joint stays put. Set knuckle diameter and width, knuckle count, pin core diameter, leaf length and thickness, the radial friction gap (dial it to your printer: smaller = stiffer), and the axial knuckle gap that keeps the leaves separate.
